Each Dalton Farm Homeowner with paid-up dues has the opportunity to rent the Roosevelt House for their social event. The event may be a birthday party, wedding reception communion party, dinner, etc. The availabilty of the Roosevelt House is on a first come, first-served basis with the exception of the holidays listed below. A reservation is not confirmed until payment is verified by the managing agent.
Reservations may be requested through the managing agent at the on-site office located within the Roosevelt House. In the interest of being fair to everyone, a lottery will be held for the following holidays:

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Eve

Christmas Day
If you are interested in reserving one of these days, you will need to submit the reservation forms, together with a check for $250, to the On-Site Office no later than June 30, 2009. Checks will deposited. Non-winners will receive refunds as soon as possible after the drawing.
At the close of business on July 30, 2009, a winner will be drawn for each of the three holidays. Winners will be notified by phone immediately following the drawing.
All entries for each date will be placed in winning order. (1st place, 2nd place and so on). If the 1st place winner needs to cancel their reservation, which may be done up to two weeks prior to the date, then the 2nd place winner will be notified and so on. If the date is rebooked, the 1st place winner will receive a full refund. If it is not rebooked, there will be no refund.
