Board of Directors

The Dalton Farm Homeowners Association is dedicated to preserving the high quality and consistency of Dalton Farm standards. The Board of Directors is responsible for enforcing the Rules and Regulations, and for approving any changes or alterations to Homeowners’ property and monitoring the appearance and maintenance of the area.

The Board of Directors meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Roosevelt House starting at 6:30 PM.  The meeting is open to all Dalton Farm homeowners.  Homeowner participation is encouraged with public comment scheduled at 6:30 PM, followed by the President's report. The attached document is the agenda for the meeting.

Submit Public Comments

If you wish to submit a public comment to the board and cannot attend an upcoming board meeting in person, you may submit your comment below via email and it will be read at the next board meeting during the Public Comment time.  Please include the words "Public Comment" in the subject area of the email form and be sure to include your name and email address.  We regret that unidentified submissions cannot be read at the meeting.  Thank you!
